The role involves calling both existing and new clients in order to promote the companies training services
Preparing quotations and organising detail right through to the day of training is an important aspect of the role so good administration skills and attention to detail is very important.
Calling to inform the client about our offering (cold & warm calls) Generating a quotation for the relevant course of interest Forwarding a booking form to the client once they wish to proceed Organising a relevant trainer on the dates that the training is required Booking the training onto our internal system Follow through between the time when the training is booked and due to start Liaise between the client and the trainer about start times, venue etc Follow up upon completion of the course The ideal candidate will;
Have some element of sales experience
Have the ability to build on client relationships
Have good organisational skills
Have the ability to generate new leads and business contacts
Have flexibility to adapt to new product offerings
Be a target achiever and results focused
Have ability to deliver challenging targets
Have active listening skills
Be an excellent sales communicator
